My name is Ted Carr, and I started CarrPros out of a simple belief: homeowners deserve reliable, detail-oriented work done the right way. I grew up hands-on, working with tools, learning how things are built, and taking pride in fixing and improving what others overlook. Over time, that mindset turned into a business built around craftsmanship, transparency, and accountability. CarrPros was created to bridge the gap between old-school work ethic and modern standards, bringing clear communication, clean job sites, and quality results to every project, no matter the size.

CarrPros was started during Ted's time at Kansas State University. He studied entrepreneurship with a minor in management while actively working in the field. Rather than separating school from work, Ted used his education to build a real operating business, learning by doing, refining systems, and applying classroom concepts directly to job sites. What began as small repair and improvement projects quickly grew as word spread and demand increased.

While in college, Ted completed a wide range of hands-on work including home repairs, renovations, painting, concrete, landscaping, property cleanups, and hardscape projects. These projects weren’t theoretical exercises, they were real jobs with real clients, budgets, and deadlines. Through that experience, CarrPros developed its core standards: clear communication, respect for the property, and quality craftsmanship. The company continues to grow on that same foundation, combining practical field experience with business discipline to deliver dependable results for every customer.
